Baggage Storage
You may store luggage at Reception.
Barbeque
The barbeque is located in the pool area and is available from 8am until 8pm daily. utensils are also available on request.
As it is a communal area, we request that the BBQ area is left clean for the next guest.
Breakfast
We have variety of selections for your continental breakfast to choose from. These are available for collection through our office hours only 8am – 6pm. All rooms contain, crockery, cutlery, toaster & kettle.
Car Parking
Car parking is free of charge however please be careful when parking under the building for height restrictions. Guest may park in Sweet Street, due to limited parking, we ask all guest’s visiting to not park onsite. The Motel will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle in the car park areas.

Check-out time is 10.00am. late check-outs are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged prior to 10.00am.

Emergency Exit
An evacuation plan with directional signs and instructions is located on the back of your room door. Please familiarise yourselves with the emergency exit procedures. In the event of an emergency, we ask that you please follow staff instructions.
Hotel Room Keys
You are welcome to leave your key at reception when going out, however please remember that reception closes at 6:00pm. A digital door code can be organised for easy keyless access or for other room guest’s staying with you.
Housekeeping
Motel rooms are not serviced daily for short stays, contact reception for anything you need at all, they are more than happy to help.
Internet Access
In-Room Wireless Internet. Wireless internet is available in all rooms at no cost. The network is called: MC GUEST and the password is: mcmi4549 (all in lower case). Simply connect to the Wi-Fi and login to begin browsing. For connection assistance please call reception.
Laundry
We have a guest laundry located at the rear of the motel that is available from 24/7.
The washing machines are $4.00 per load & take 4 x $1.00 or 2 x $2 coins and the dryers are $5.00 per load and are card operated payment via QR Code on the machine. Washing powder can purchased at reception for $1.00, and change can be swapped at reception.
Lost Property
Please contact reception if you have misplaced any items. The housekeeping department keeps a log of any items found on the premises for one month.
Maintenance
In the event of a malfunction or fault in your room, please contact reception asap.
Non – Smoking Rooms
All the rooms at Monte Carlo Motor Inn are non-smoking. In the interest and comfort of all guests, any person wishing to smoke should do so outside in the designated smoking area. If smoking in the room does occur, a fee of $250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the soft furniture items, carpets, curtains.
Noise
The hotel’s accommodation and facilities are for all guests; please respect the comfort and wellbeing of others and keep noise at a decent level. Noise levels must be reduced by 9.00pm (or earlier if requested by staff). Should we receive complaints, the hotel reserves the right to apply additional charges or evict the offending guests.
Pool Area
This area is open between 8.00am & 8.00pm (hours may vary according to season). Pool towels can be obtained from reception. Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult. Running, diving or bombing is prohibited in this area as well as any glassware. Please consider other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
Security
Sadly enough in our society thieves are active, to help deter them please be security conscious during your stay and lock your door’s when you retire. Security surveillance camera’s are in operation through out the complex 24/7.

Innkeeper’s Liability.
The strict liability of the accommodation provider under the ACT-
- Applies only to a guest of the accommodation provider on a day when an accommodation unit is provided for the use of the guest.
- Is limited for each accommodation unit provided for the use of the guest on the day, unless the guest’s property was placed in safe custody facilities.
- Does not cover
motor vehicles
and the things owned by the guest left in or on the
motor vehicles.
Note: words appearing in Italics and bold have a special meaning under the Travellers accommodation Provider (liability) Act 2001
